Our courgette flowers stuffed with goats' cheese and drizzled with honey have been on our menu at Salt Yard since we opened in 2005. Now they've been recognised by Time Out as one of their top 10 dishes in London! Our confit pork belly with cannelini beans also made the list as a signature dish. Both dishes are on at all three restaurants so no excuse not to try them...
