Game is in the Air - Salt Yard
On Sunday 21st October we will be hosting a wine and food pairing lunch that will be a tour through autumnal game.
Ben Tish has created a delicious 8 course menu; think Roast Mallard with Borlotti Beans, Black Cabbage, Salsify and Truffle Honey, and for dessert - Caramelised Fig Tart with Marcona Almond Ice Cream.
Simon Mullins will be pairing a heart-warming selection of wines from Spain and Italy to match each course.

It’s almost that time of year again.
In November, Dehesa and Opera Tavern will both host special feasts that will be near-sexual experiences – an entire menu based on white Alba truffles. Simon Mullins will select and present a collection of wines from Piedmont to match each course.
