We are hugely excited to announce the publication of our first cookbook! A truly sensual feast and perfect stocking filler!
Showcasing the heady flavours and colours of Spain and Italy, the book will feature over 100 of executive chef Ben Tish's best recipes from across the three Salt Yard Group restaurants.
From signature classics such as courgette flowers stuffed with goat's cheese and drizzled with honey, mini ibérico pork burgers and truffled macaroni, to sweet treats including churros with hot chocolate sauce and caramelised fig tarts.
Recipes are accompanied by a wine recommendation and stunnig photography by the award winning Jason Lowe.
