
Our Head Chef Ben Tish has put together an imaginative menu of small dishes designed for sharing.
The food is inspired by Spain and Italy, which means the flavours are unfussy and bold. The emphasis is placed on the quality of the product and the marrying of two or three flavours.
Our meat is sourced from small farms in Wales and our fish from a small independent purveyor. We have a particularly strong choice of vegetarian dishes including our signature dish: courgette flowers stuffed with
goats-cheese and drizzled with honey.
